Agreement to these terms

By using Ink Booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Ink Booking

You may use Ink Booking to manage studio operations, bookings, customer records, and related workflows in line with applicable law and these terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Bookings, payments, and customer communication

You are responsible for the booking terms, payment handling, and communications you send through the product. Ink Booking provides tooling but is not a party to agreements between you and your customers.

Your data

For personal data about your customers (customer details, bookings, designs, and messages), you are the controller and Ink Booking is the processor. We act only on your instructions.

For account data we need to run the service itself (sign-in, billing, security, and support), Ink Booking is the controller. See the Privacy Policy.

As your processor, we commit to the following:

• Process your customers' data only on your instructions.
• Keep the data secure.
• Use sub-processors only under terms that give equivalent protection.
• Help you answer customer requests for access, correction, and deletion.
• Tell you without undue delay after a breach that affects your data.
• Delete or return your data when you leave.

Insights about your own customers, such as where customers drop off in the booking funnel, are processing you instruct. They are shown to you only. We do not use customer data for our own purposes and we do not combine it across artists.

We never sell this data. We never share it without your explicit consent. Sharing you ask for counts as consent, for example connecting a calendar, sending a booking to a customer, or using an AI assistant through the MCP connector. The exceptions are service providers we need to run the service (hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, and the MCP connector and AI features you turn on), under contractual limits, and where the law requires it.

Google Calendar integration

When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Ink Booking to read calendar data only.

You can disconnect the integration at any time from the Calendar page in Ink Booking.

Imported or converted booking data may remain in Ink Booking after disconnect unless you delete it through normal app workflows.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ink Booking to violate law, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

Service changes

We may update or improve the service over time, including changing features or integrations.

Disclaimers

Ink Booking is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
